- Install a dedicated phone line for exhibitors.
- Negotiate and arrange for decorator and any subcontractor required for expositions.
- Set up and maintain accounting procedures.
- Develop exhibitor rules, registration and booth assignment procedures.
- Accept and data enter exhibit booth registration in database.
- Process payment for exposition.
- Assign booth space to exhibitors.
- Arrange and oversee any food & beverage events in expositions.
- Coordinate audio/visual requests with official conference A/V vendor.
- Order necessary signage.
- Coordinate equipment rentals.
- Prepare exposition resume for hotel.
- Establish Show Management office on-site.
- Provide a directory of exhibitors for distribution at exposition.
- Conduct pre and post conference meetings with hotel and organization to review exposition.
- Prepare final report detailing all finances and statistical information of expositions.
