• Install a dedicated phone line for exhibitors.
  • Negotiate and arrange for decorator and any subcontractor required for expositions.
  • Set up and maintain accounting procedures.
  • Develop exhibitor rules, registration and booth assignment procedures.
  • Accept and data enter exhibit booth registration in database.
  • Process payment for exposition.
  • Assign booth space to exhibitors.
  • Arrange and oversee any food & beverage events in expositions.
  • Coordinate audio/visual requests with official conference A/V vendor.
  • Order necessary signage.
  • Coordinate equipment rentals.
  • Prepare exposition resume for hotel.
  • Establish Show Management office on-site.
  • Provide a directory of exhibitors for distribution at exposition.
  • Conduct pre and post conference meetings with hotel and organization to review exposition.
  • Prepare final report detailing all finances and statistical information of expositions.
